I think the best way to take more responsibility for your health and fitness is to eat nutritiously and exercise daily.
What are goals?
Goals are the things that you want to achieve in life no matter what it takes. If there is something that you really want to be or something that you really want to do, goals are the tasks you must complete to be that something or to do that something.
What is goal setting?
Goal setting is basically a plan to figure out how to complete your goals.
What is the difference between long-term goals and short-term goals?
The difference is that a long-term goal has a longer length of time that effort will be directed toward the goal and when you expect the goal to be achieved. A short-term goal takes a shorter period of time.
